OVI Arrests Just after midnight on September 13, an officer saw a Ford Escape strike a curb and nearly hit a mailbox while driving north on Harper Road. The driver denied drinking and said she had made a wrong turn, but she performed poorly on field sobriety tests and later admitted to having tequila earlier in the day. She was arrested, and she was unable to complete a breath test at the jail, though she did submit a urine sample for lab analysis. A Mayfield Heights woman, 27, was charged with OVI, Endangering Children, and Driving in Marked Lanes.
