Solon VFW Post 1863 will hold its annual Memorial Day Ceremony

Solon VFW Post 1863 will hold its annual Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 25 at 10:30 am. The ceremony will begin at Veterans Memorial Park, followed by a procession to Roselawn Cemetery, where the ceremony will continue. Please note: This year’s procession route has changed due to the condition of Aurora Road and pending asphalt repairs. The procession will now exit Fire Station #2 onto Bainbridge Road, turn left (west), and then turn left onto Solon Road en route to the cemetery. Residents are encouraged to attend as we honor and remember the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
